You will have a completed placemat at the end of the day and materials to complete three more at home. This is a great workshop for beginner sewists.
Class Fee, Printed Pattern & Complete Kit is $60
The kit includes a printed pattern, a placemat panel that will be used for four placemats, fabric for the border from Henry Glass & Co.’s Flower Market collection and your choice of yellow dot or yellow floral fabric for the back and binding from Poppy Cotton’s Sunshine & Chamomile collection. Fusible fleece for placemat stability is also included.
Many of the needed items can be purchased in the Dianne Sews & More store. You may bring a small iron and ironing mat, such as a TV tray, as long as it is no larger than 18″x24″. It can be located at the end of your sewing table. Irons, a large ironing surface and larger cutting areas are available in the classroom and store.
