KC Royals Twin-Size Quilt Kit

The PARTIALLY PRECUT kit includes KC Royals celebration fabrics from the Take the Crown collection and solid blue yardage by Paintbrush Studio Fabrics (based in North Kansas City). The celebration fabric strips have been precut using an AccuQuilt die cutter for superior accuracy. There are enough precut strips in the kit to create a scrappy binding. You will cut the blue backing strips, and we recommend an AccuQuilt die cutter or a Creative Grids Stripology® ruler for cutting accuracy.

The kit includes a printed copy of the I Love Kansas City pattern by J. Michelle Watts for Dianne Sews & More. This is a Dianne Sews & More exclusive pattern and kit! The pattern also includes instructions to create a 37″x 45″ wall hanging. Images of the fabrics in this kit can be seen in the photo gallery below.

The completed quilt measures 72″ x 90″. For the backing, you will need 5- 1/2 yards of 44″ wide fabric, 4- 2/3 yards of 60″ wide fabric, or 2-1/3 yards of 108″ wide fabric.

The quilt backing fabric is not included in the kit. We recommend using KC Royals licensed 60″-wide cotton for the backing.
