Secret Garden Sampler Block of the Month
The kit finishes at 80″x92″ (or 88″x100″ by adding the optional borders). You can purchase additional fabric for a border to enlarge the quilt to a more robust queen size. We recommend a 4.5″ finished border to make it a more robust queen size. You will choose from in-stock fabrics in the collection for the optional border on a first-come, first-served basis.
The kit includes fabric from the Buds & Butterflies collection by Riley Blake Designs for the blocks and binding.
The background fabric is Windham Anthology Batik in White.
The pattern is by Shelley Cavanna of Cora’s Quilts
We will provide a three-ring binder for the printed pattern and a spool of white Superior Bottom Line thread to piece with.
🌸 Program Details
- The full quilt is divided into 12 monthly projects
- Each month you’ll receive:
- That month’s pattern
- The fabric needed to complete the blocks
- Traditional piecing techniques are used throughout, including flying geese blocks and stitch-and-flip corners

- Monthly cost: $29.75 for 12 months
- Program begins: February 14, 2026
We have a limited number of kits available, and participation begins after February 14 based on availability.
🏬 In-Store Experience (Highly Encouraged!)
Block pickup takes place on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00 am–2:00 pm.
At 10:30 am, we’ll host a short in-store presentation covering:
- That month’s blocks
- Piecing tips and tricks
- A sneak peek at what’s coming next
✨ Perks for attending pickup day:
- Entry into a monthly drawing
- A special in-store discount is available only to BOM participants that day
Can’t make it that Saturday? No problem—blocks may be picked up the following week. We also mail monthly blocks to participants who live out of the area.
Optional Border Upgrade
Want a slightly larger quilt? We can include fabric for a 4.5″–5″ finished border to create a more robust queen-size quilt.
- Choose from in-stock fabrics from the collection (first-come, first-served)
- Additional coordinating yardage will be available once the BOM sells out—perfect for pillows or shams.
- A limited amount of additional fabric will be available.
🧵 Extra Fabric Included
Each month’s kit includes a little extra fabric. If you make a cutting error or need more, please contact us—we’re happy to help when possible.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full program:
- Monthly charges are non-refundable
- All sales are final; no returns or cancellations
- Fabric is in stock, and kits are prepared based on total enrollment at the start of the program to keep costs affordable.
